Simplicity

A restful weekend with relieving moments of stillness reminded me of 

 a favorite verse: Psalm 46:10 He says, "Be still and know that I am God"

Now I attempt to simplify my life, remembering the days when my biggest concern was keeping track of my "nu-nu"

(Note: start simplifying by accepting that I  have big feet and donating shoes that do not fit)

New years aspirations

The beginning of a new job and a new year has forced led me to be mindful of greater desires. Setting boundaries and acknowledging limits, creating margin to allow growth, being present and gaining gratitude, and giving myself permission to exercise what I love to do the most is filling me with hope of the potential this next year holds. I have begun with creating time to be creative...
